The unit has a full- sized dishwasher and washer/dryer. The upper floor boasts a large bedroom with an en suite full bathroom, a king bed and pull-out twin sofa. Free covered parking spots directly underneath the condo, which can accommodate two vehicles. You can lounge by the large, elevated pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy the ocean breeze in the Tiki huts and cook your catch on the available gas grills. The complex also has a clubhouse and allows fishing from the docks and bulkheads which are equipped with fish cleaning stations. We also have a sister condo two doors down. There`s one gate pass inside the condo. They cost $150.00 to replace. They are the responsibility of the guest. If lost they will be charged $150.00 to replace. We ask you take all garbage down to the dumpster marked OIFV before leaving. Anything you are not taking with you please put down in the dumpster. There`s a $100.00 charge for garbage left behind.
