The apartment is located on the northern outskirts of Norden in a quiet residential neighborhood.

The apartment stands out for its comfort and coziness.

The beach is just a few minutes away by car. It’s also very easy to reach by bike. Two bicycles are available for guests’ use. There, you can enjoy the sea air in one of the many beach chairs. Otherwise, places like Norderney, Bensersiel, Greetsiel, or many other towns are wonderful to explore on a day trip.

The accommodation:
The apartment is located on the first floor of a four-unit building. The other three apartments are not rented out but are used by the owners as either their primary or secondary residence. This means you can fully enjoy the peace and quiet as the only vacation guests.
The neighborhood is quiet.
With approximately 56 square meters of space, it’s a wonderful place to relax, whether as a couple or with a baby or toddler.



Guest access
Guests have access to all rooms in the apartment. The backyard is accessible both from inside the apartment and from the side of the house and is part of the apartment. The attached garden shed is also available for use. If you bring two bicycles—no problem—you can store them overnight in the garden shed to keep them safe from unauthorized access.

The apartment is a new construction from 2019. It is fully equipped to meet all the needs for a successful family vacation. For toddlers, there is a separate children’s room with a crib, changing table, and high chair. For parents, there are 2 TVs (living room, bedroom) with Smart TV features.

Bedding and towels are not included in the price.

The visitor’s tax is also not included in the price and is based on the rates set by the Norden-Norddeich Tourist Office.
