Sometimes VRBO property owners exaggerate their units.This property was exactly as advertised, clean, simple and comfortable.Easy parking and located near good restaurants. Well worth value for the dollar.

We stayed for two days and the condo was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and Catherine contacted us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The condo is on the river and access to the riverfront walking trail is only a short walk. It is close to the Sandwich district and getting downtown is a very easy drive or short Uber ride. We plan to stay here again when we return to Windsor in the Fall.

The apartment itself is clean and recently renovated, however the property is not. Hallways are very old, stained carpets, and frequently smells like cigarettes and weed. Not the best area, the homeless were frequently found loitering outside the main entrance or dumpster diving in the back. On the other hand the host was great, she thought of everything you could need within the unit. The unit is clean and is close to the riverside trial.
