There is a ground-floor suite with step-free access and the rest of the home can be accessed via the elevator. The 3rd-floor bedroom suite offers a zero clearance wheelchair access shower as well as support bars with ADA regulation toilets and sinks. There are portable wheelchair ramps making all 5 decks wheelchair accessible with full shade

Very lovely house with great access to beach. Has a separate apartment on the first level which provides privacy if desired. Fully equipped-actually as well equipped of any of the 12 VRBO houses of 6 bedrooms or more that I have rented; a lot of attention to details-things like providing small coolers for beach use and labeling light switches so we knew which switch worked or providing a "dog park", a place for dogs to relieve themselves that even had a small fire hydrant to entice the dog, lol! Very clean and well maintained. Paula was excellent in responding to inquiries and help needed items!The only negative comments are that the property description should have been a little clearer. For example, one bedroom was more an office with a pull out or Murphy bed and had no A/C vent for cooling. Another point of clarity needed was on the bathrooms on the 2nd floor: there were 3 bedrooms sharing one bathroom. The total bathrooms was due to 1 1/2 each on first and third floor with 2 en-suite in bedrooms on 2nd but the other 3 bedrooms sharing the last bathroom. There were also many ants around the pool but the pest control person sprayed and seemed to effectively remove them for the time we were there.All in all a great house for a large family!!

This property is terrific! Ocean views and breezes, a large house with room for the whole extended family and yet the design allows everyone ample space for themselves. It also has some of the nicest amenities we’ve encountered in a rental.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was even better than expected. It was beautiful and so well stocked! The owners/property management were very communicative and helpful. We can’t wait to return!

Great house, great location! So well-equipped from beach chairs, outdoor cookers, to a well-equipped kitchen.... literally we will be back and not over-pack! The space is perfect for a large family, and we loved our stay!Thanks for all you did to make our vacation perfect!
