Overlooking the Town of Telluride, the San Miguel River and the San Sophia Ridge, the recently remodeled Riverside D203 could not be better situated for your Telluride Vacation Rental. The trailhead for Bear Creek is literally steps from your door. So close to the base of the gondola and Telluride's historic Main Street, this condo's location is guaranteed to be a family pleaser. The entry level has a King Master Suite with a large en suite bathroom and a large tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The washer dryer is conveniently located on this level as well as a guest bathroom with a steam shower.
The upper floor has high ceilings with lots of natural light. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to each other. The living room has a deck looking over the San Miguel River and the Town of Telluride. The fireplace will surely warm you on those cozy winter nights, or a chilly fall evening. Stay at Riverside D203 and it will be your forever Telluride vacation spot!

Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. The furniture and decor are dated, the porch and deck hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Easy to see that the people that cleaned and managed this unit didn’t care about keeping it in good shape. As a whole, the Riverside condos may need to be updated soon. If it wasn’t in Town of Telluride, I wouldn’t stay there at all.
