Included in your stay are all the wonderful amenities Sanibel has to offer including an oceanfront pool heated during the cooler months, a hot tub, spacious fitness center, gas grills, and a common room including a pool table and games.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. The parking garage clearance is 6'8".
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer. This is in a great location, its away from Daytona beach enough to be peaceful, nice walks up or down the beach, little disappointed with the pool area, pool was cold. Condo was very nice, just to close to the pool area for privacy. This is our second stay at this condo and we were not disappointed. Looking forward to returning here.

Great building with a good location. Unit is clean and well kept with easy access since it is on the first floor.

I have stayed at Sanibel about four or 5 times now. But didn't know they were closing that part of the beach for construction June 2nd. Sanibel did have a golf cart to take you to the beach and come back after you but no restroom access. Thanks to the two guys that helped! Now they have two carts. I love staying there because it is a quiet place (except for the big trucks going back and forth on the beach) and convenient to places, we like to eat and shop. Aunt Catfish is a great place to eat!!

The location of this condo is perfect. It’s on the south end of a1a away for most of the traffic where it’s more enjoyable on the beach and if you’re leaving to go somewhere else. It’s a beautiful place to stay.
