Situated amidst seaside oaks and sea grass, "Seashell" is a family vacation semi-oceanfront home with views from its many Oceanside windows. Located on a large corner 20,000 square foot lot at the end of the cul-de-sac, the home is located north of the Duck Village and a short drive to Duck and Corolla! "Seashell" offers easy access to the ocean, as well as a wide variety of activities in the area. The spacious pool area is surrounded by greenery to create a private oasis, also home to the hot tub and gas grill for outdoor entertaining.
Ground Level: Outside amenities include a fenced patio with private pool, hot tub, picnic table and a high surround of bushes to achieve privacy so you can forget about the world and your neighbors on vacation. Outside you'll also find an outside shower, charcoal grill, gas grill and basketball hoop. Inside you'll find a King Master Bedroom with smart TV and deck access, Queen Bedroom with a semi-private bathroom (second door from the bathroom to living areas) and a smart TV. Game room with HD TV, Day Bed, Trundle, foosball table and 2nd full-sized refrigerator.
Mid Level: Offers a King Master Bedroom with smart TV, walk-in closet and private deck, Bedroom with a Bunk Set and Single, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and deck access, full hall bath and laundry area with washer and dryer.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Are you the type of person who travels with their own toilet paper, kitchen sponge and towels, dish soap and trash bags? If so, then THIS is the place for you! If not, then this house is a huge disappointment. After traveling several hours, we arrived at the house eager to get out stretch our legs and use the bathroom. Imagine our surprise when only 1 out of 5 bathrooms had any toilet paper! We noticed that the carpet was wet just outside a bathroom on the second floor. We looked around and found no leaks anywhere, but decided to keep an eye on that area. Later we realized that it was the dishwasher/kitchen pipes (?) leaking. We called and left a message with the rental company and they did call us back the next day, promising they'd send maintenance out to fix it. No one ever came. It was quite obvious by the moldy/musty smell and the water marks under the sink that this had happened many times. We could not use the dishwasher the entire week we were there and had to hand wash dishes for 9 people. It wouldn't have been so bad if the kitchen had any towels, sponge or even dishwashing soap.We found a half drunk bottle of soda on one of the bunk beds and a half a pack of cigarettes under another bed.There are obvious problems with the roof as we found water marks and peeling paint in the upper master bedroom ceiling and stained carpet where water had laid. The only thing this house has going for it is the proximity to the beach and a quiet cul-de-sac. Do not stay here.
