The large back deck overlooks the spacious fenced backyard and Mainstreet Downtown Julian's shops and dining, against the beautiful mountain background. As a booking guest you agree that If a pet is brought on site there will be an additional $500.00 clean and sterilization fee

This cottage is a historic property and is not set up for parties and for no more than 4 people at most.

The quiet neighborhood has a noise curfew firmly in place. Please, no outside noise or inside loud music or tv, before 8am and after 9pm.

Please be prepared with tire chains during high storm conditions, there not always needed but at times, it’s required.
