Sunrise Serenade is located across the street from the Seawall and Beach! This East End home boasts a great location with an ocean view and close proximity to many activities. Enjoy stunning sunrises on your private front porch. Head down to the beach and have your toes in the sand within minutes. Take a walk down Seawall Boulevard or rent a bike for a cruise.

The master bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, and 55" Smart TV. The bathroom is just outside the hallway door. The second bedroom also has ocean views, 45" Smart TV, and a bunk bed with queen bottom and XL twin on top. There's plenty of space with two seating areas and USB connection at each lamp. Both bedrooms have blinds and curtains when it's time to wind down and noise machines are available for any light sleepers.

The living room has a 75" Smart TV and a sleeper couch with an upgraded mattress if anyone wants their own space. Utilize the stocked kitchen if you want to cook or visit one of the restaurants within walking distance. The small, private backyard has a propane grill, and is perfect for a small pet. Take advantage of the full washer and dryer set in the garage.

One on-site parking space available. The garage can fit a motorcycle or a golf cart. Street parking is also available. You won't find an East End Home with a better view!

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax

Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
