Über diese apartment dieses Ferienunterkunft
Beautifully designed beach villa with a new king bed (2025) and stunning ocean views—just steps from the sand! This custom-decorated retreat features a gorgeous kitchen has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, full standing tile shower, and open-concept layout, perfect for couples. Located in the oceanfront Seaside complex, it’s within walking distance to the Tiki Hut, Coligny Plaza, dining, and entertainment, yet never feels overcrowded. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Direct beach access on the property.
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Seaside is a gated, ocean front complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Reviewer Comments:
The Barefoot Bungalow is a cute little getaway. It says it is a couple's retreat but my sister and I used it for a long weekend. The bed is big enough for the two of us with plenty of space. We had a view of the ocean and were steps away for quick trips back for more snacks and drinks. Restaurants and shops were not far. The cookies left for my sister's birthday were adorable and a very sweet touch. I will definitely be coming back with my husband.

It was a pleasure to share ay here. Everything one would need to stay for several days. It was clean spacious enough for one or two people. The water pressure was awesome. Even has beach toys and chairs to haul down to the beach. One of the highlights was at the end of the hallway my son, daughter in law and 4 grandsons were staying. The owners made sure we were located in the same area. Daily they would show up to escort me to our next adventure. So cute. This was the best accommodations I have you experienced while on vacation. Clean and comfortable! Thank you Thank you Thank you to our hosts.

The Host was timely and helpful; flexible with an early check in; the bungalow was clean and well stocked for our stay; delightful cutout cookies were waiting for us on the table; beach chairs and beach towels were ready for us too! Quiet accommodations; a short walk to the beach; walking/biking paved trails were so convenient to many places- shopping etc. We had a super stay!
