This luxury villa, built in 2017, is located on the outskirts of the old picturesque village of Prines, approximately 5 km from the town of Rethymnon. It is approximately 260 square meters in size and was built on a plot of approximately 8,000 square meters.

The villa has 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. The large master bedroom on the first floor has a large roof terrace with an exclusive lounger. The other two bedrooms have direct access to the garden.
The kitchen with a large cooking island leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with everything you need. In front of the kitchen is the approximately 30 square meter covered outdoor area with dining area and lounge furniture.

There is a fireplace in the living room. You will also find a large Full HD television and a stereo system here.

From the approximately 90 sqm pool terrace you can enjoy the 43 sqm pool (heatable). Several terraces are shaded with approximately 86 square meters of pergolas. You can park your car in the shaded carport.

Made of pure natural stone, it nestles into the unbridled nature of Crete. Stylishly furnished with clear lines and an idyllic ambience, you can bring mind and body into harmony.

The large windows allow the rooms to shine with daylight and offer a fantastic view of the sea and the Lefka Ori.

You can reach the nearest beach after approx. 5 km. There are taverns and two mini markets in town. In the town of Atsipopoulo, about 2 km, there are also mini markets, super markets, excellent bakers and taverns.

The villa is not equipped with central heating and can be heated with the fireplace and AC in the colder seasons.

There is a bus connection from Prines to Rethymnon. A car is recommended to explore the wonderful surroundings.

The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.

The length of stay from December 1st. until 31.03. is at least 21 nights. There are no interim cleanings included during this time.

The length of stay from April 1st. until May 21st is at least 7 nights.

From April 1st - 06.11. Additional costs are included in the rental price.

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked if available.
