It is located inside the gated community of Punta San Francisco. This beautiful neighborhood of luxury houses is 1 block away from the ocean. It's located near Tamarindo point and has easy access to both Tamarindo and Langosta Beach.

Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and exuberant nature, this is the best place for vacations.
It is located a short 2-minute drive on a brand new cement road or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way.
The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus.
Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot, It is common to see lots of people with their surfboards walking around or even in their bicycles.
There is a store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
The guests will have access to the entire property.
Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.

Completed in 2020, this newly constructed house with a private pool and expansive terrace has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The main area consists of a large living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, this area opens up to the beautiful modern pool, and right next to it the outside barbecue/patio.
The master bedroom with its king-size bed and office area provides views out to the pool and gorgeous garden. Set away from the other bedrooms, this provides a great retreat for mom and dad.
Enjoy cooking your fresh catch inside or outside by the BBQ area. With plenty of counter space and entertainment, the best restaurant in Tamarindo might just be what you cook up in this unbelievable home. Speaking of the outside, the pool and patio area will make it hard to want to leave the house. The pool offers a shallow deck area to relax while staying cool and then when you are thirsty, you can head over to the swim-up bar to enjoy your favorite cocktail.
Two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are great options for kids or friends. And the last room has 2 bunk beds. The entire house has excellent wifi coverage and plenty of space to gather or retreat to a private spot to enjoy the novel you've been waiting to read.

I think this is probably my favorite house I have ever rented, I would love to come back. We were two families, with 4 adults and 3 kids ages 9-17. The layout was perfect, all the rooms and bathrooms were super nice and the kitchen and living areas were spacious.
The outside area was so amazing, we spent a ton of time in the pool and at the swim up bar. The courtyard design meant we had total privacy, it felt like we had our own private resort.
The neighborhood of Punta San Francisco in Playa Langosta was such a great spot. I wasn't familiar with Tamarindo before this trip but I would definitely pick this location if I returned. It is a bit south of town and feels much more laid back and quiet than the main part of Tamarindo. There are a few restaurants and a small store close by and the Langosta beach is a 2 minute walk, we went and watched the sunset there every night. The neighborhood has a gate and 24/7 guards so it feels super safe. We got a golf cart which I would definitely recommend to get around if you don't have a car. We used it to go to the store, restaurants, and for our multiple trips to the beach club that is included.
The house was super well stocked with tons of towels, everything we needed to cook, just really everything we needed. Everything was super clean and the maid came and cleaned midway through our stay. RPM was super helpful and responsive whenever we had questions about anything and helped us to set up our shuttle and golf cart.
Overall I wish I could give this house even more stars.

The house was great for our family with young kids. The host was very responsive and the house was clean with all the essentials we needed. Will definitely recommend this house.

The location is fantastic, just minutes from everything in Tamarindo, making it easy to explore, dine, and enjoy the beach.We felt a real sense of appreciation for the nearby community. Everyone was welcoming and kind, which added so much warmth to our experience.One helpful note for future guests: the condo community has a closed gate on the southwest side, close to the actual property. When we originally booked, we assumed that road would be accessible, but it is not. This didn’t stop guests from easily coming and going, but it’s definitely something worth knowing ahead of time.All in all, an amazing stay in a gorgeous place. Five stars without hesitation!
