Escape the Big City and unwind in Honey Grove; one of the last true small towns in Texas. Built in 1891, your stay will be exceptionally unique. Experience carefully designed interiors, complemented by original walls and flooring, to offer the perfect mix of nostalgia and comfort. Enjoy evenings under the stars with panoramic views on two rooftops. Spend time around the fire while grilling and enjoying outdoor games and activities. Located minutes from the newest lake in Texas, soak up the sun at Bois D’Arc. Or, simply explore the sites in historic downtown Honey Grove.
Limited boat and trailer parking is available at a rate of $10 per day.
This unit connects to unit 2W by way of metal clad, double doors with deadbolts on each side. Just like joining rooms at a hotel. It also connects with unit 2E by way of an extended front entry with additional locking door. Guests may combine either option for more space. Or, all three units may be rented together to give guests control of the entire 2nd floor with shared access to the 3rd floor and both roof tops.

The room was beautiful as well as the view from the exterior landing. The restaurant downstairs was great as well as the people running it. Parking was right by the entrance door. The building itself is stunning and full of history. Jeff was available by email/phone and responded to us very quickly. Looking forward to staying again.

We loved how unique and special the property felt. The building is a passion project for the couple who owns it. We met one of the owners and she was very personable and made us feel at home.
Parking was a breeze and we enjoyed our stay very much.

I absolutely loved the vintage yet contemporary vibe the building gave! The rooftop views were amazing. Everything was as advertised.

This was a really cool renovated building. The apartment was nicely appointed with a nice view of Honey Grove’s town square. Tons of space for the 2 of us and my 2 dogs. Very convenient to the Dachshund Field trial we were here for.
