Beautiful property within walking distance to West Beach. Very family friendly. Grills located in the back by the lagoon . Clean rooms and checking in and out was seamless . Will be back for sure . Nice pools as well.

The location is the reason for the stay- simple walk across the street to the beach. The balcony overlooks one of the pools which was nice. The pools are great also with ample seating available.Inside the condo the bedroom curtains, bedding, towels are worn out and definitely in need of new items. There was 1 pillow per guest with 1 extra, so thankfully we brought a couple from home. We used a sheet over the chairs in the living room due to dirty armrests. There's nothing the owner can do but worth noting- if someone is in the condo above it's VERY noisy. Woke us up multiple times during our stay just their footsteps/coughing/talking.
