We loved the location. The house is so close to the beach. The kitchen is large and well stocked with a good variety of pans. The space was conducive to large groups. Not only were there enough bedrooms but there was plenty of large group seating including two eating spaces each large enough for our group of 10.

The house was set up very nicely for a big group. Kitchen, living, dining space was all open, easy for meal prep by many people at once. We all loved the back screened in porch.

"The positives are that this was a nice place with plenty of space and beds for our group which was great. It's in a nice location, close to the water/beach and close to things to do in town and in SW ..."
