What a lovely home. Beautifully appointed and well maintained. Pool was fantastic and the location of the home was near anything you needed. The owner was very attentive and accommodating. My family and will stay here again when visiting southwest Florida

Our family really enjoyed staying at Susan's home. Everything was as represented in the photos and the description. The home was very clean, the pool was awesome and Annalise was easy to reach, although we really did not need much during our two weeks. We also found the beds to be very comfortable and plenty of room for the family to spread-out and have their personal space. We enjoyed the pool and patio area daily. After a two week stay, we did not find anything lacking in the home. We will definitely return for another visit. Well done, Susan and Annalise.

Our stay at Susan’s beautiful house couldn’t have been better. It was well appointed and we didn’t want for anything. The house was immaculate and check in was a breeze. We loved the thoughtful decor and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen: perfectly equipped for cooking many of our meals and the grill was a great extra to have. This is the BEST vacation home we’ve ever stayed in and won’t hesitate to book again when we visit Sarasota in the future. One more important factor in our 5-star review: both Susan and Annalise were so kind and friendly in their communication with us.

This is a very charming home. It is clean, comfortable and full of amenities, inside as well as out. The pool was a highlight for our 4-year old granddaughter. As an added surprise and one that was very appreciated, our host and neighbor, Annalise put up a Christmas tree for our holiday enjoyment. The location was convenient to shopping and eateries and within reasonable distance to the beach. It was great to have beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and sand toys for our use. The outside shower was a plus as well. The owner was very pleasant to work with and we certainly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

This was one of our best vacations. We were nervous to switch up our beach routine after 15 years of vacationing on 30a in NW Florida! This will be our new spot and the only regret we have is not visiting this area sooner! We loved it. First of all, Annalise is a true gem! She lives right next door and checked on us throughout our whole trip. She was always available to answer questions and give suggestions. The house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space to relax and retreat to. The house is equipped with literally anything you could need. Beach towels, beach chairs, toys… everything. It even has a box fan which I love to sleep with to drown out noise. The master suite feels very separate and was nice when I needed some quiet time to read. It also had its own door to the pool. The outdoor shower and sitting area were awesome as well. The drive to the beach is quick. I had reservations about not staying on the island but I’m so glad we didn’t. Running errands and grabbing food was so easy, as everything you need is a quick drive around a corner. They have thought of everything and are the kindest hosts we’ve met. I can’t rave enough about this property and the family. You won’t regret it. Just book it!

Our family had a wonderful time in Sarasota; it was our first visit to the area. This home was the perfect place to stay. The pool was refreshing and the kids loved relaxing in it after a day at the beach. It took us about 15 mins driving to get to Seista beach and about the same to get to Turtle Beach. We enjoyed visiting different beaches and rivers in the area. Downtown Sarasota was about 15 mins as well and a very fun and educational area. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. If we return we’ll definitely choose Susan’s house! We highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay in Sarasota! Very convenient location to beaches and all that Sarasota has to offer. The house was clean and nicely decorated, very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to fully prepare meals and well equipped to handle any family needs. We loved the pool and outdoor area and spent a lot of time outside relaxing and swimming. Susan and Annalise were fantastic and very attentive, we truly enjoyed our stay!

My family and I absolutely loved everything about our stay at this home! As we arrived, we saw that the outside of the house was very charming. As for the inside of the home, it was extremely beautiful and clean throughout. All the furnishings and decor created such a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. I will also say that I was beyond impressed with the pool and patio. It was so peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable every day. Honestly, it was everything you needed for a perfect vacation. My teenage daughter also loved the upstairs patio and would spend time both reading and working on her homework there. As for the location, it could not be any more perfect! The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe being there. The home is also in close proximity to several shopping plazas, which made it easy to run errands and buy groceries. There is even a Barnes and Nobles down the road, which my daughter was thrilled about. Several beaches, including Siesta key and Lido beach are just a short drive away. Susan had everything you can ask for when going to the beaches, including beach towels and chairs! There is even an outdoor shower available to rinse off when coming home from the beach. Both Susan and Annalise are extremely kind and helpful. They made my family and I feel very welcomed. It was truly a pleasure to vacation at this home and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area. I can assure that you will not be disappointed. This has been such a lovely and memorable experience. I am already wishing I was back there again!

Everything as advertised. This home felt like home, with a well equipped kitchen, multiple sitting areas inside and a great outdoor space that we fully utilized throughout our stay. The property location, just off Tamiami Trail (Rt.41) is central to Siesta Key beaches and downtown Sarasota. Our host (Anna) was available and quite helpful with any questions and ideas. Would stay again in the future...

First rental property that exceeded our expectations. Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. Nicely appointed and equipped with everything we needed. Pool was the star. We lived in it. Susan and Analise were both fantastic to deal with.

Susan the owner was very helpful with recommendations before we arrived. Property was very clean and comfortable with a lot of outside space for relaxing. Kitchen is really well stocked for those who wish to cook but if you don’t there are numerous restaurants an easy drive away. A good base from which to explore this lovely area.

Loved the house. I have used many rentals properties and they often disappoint or fail to live up to the advertised pictures and descriptions. However this was one of the best. We all felt like we were staying in someones real home . Everything you needed and more was provided. Everything worked and the bed was more comfortable than the one I sleep in at home! Pool and the outdoor furniture was excellent. The location was great although its hard to drag yourselves away to explore. The owner was extremely helpful and prompt in replying to my enquiries and questions. Hope to return to Sarasota again and would not dream of booking any where else for my family. Thank you for a wonderful vacation

The home was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen had all the things needed to prepare meals. The property has easy access to shopping, restaurants and major highways making it easy to get around.

This house was so wonderfully relaxing for our family! We enjoyed the pool, the quietness, and being close to Siesta Key! The owner and her daughter are awesome and extremely helpful!! We hope to get back down again and enjoy this amazing home❤️
