Large closets, a shower room, a sink, a toilet.
Duvets, blankets and pillows provided.
Sheets, household linen , hand towels, tea towels (all washed at 90°) and departure cleaning included.

On foot the shops, the post office and the market are 450 meters away, the oyster port at 700 m, the SNCF station at 500 meters to take a tour of Bordeaux by TER.
The cycle path starts at the door of the house and will lead you through the salt meadows to the beaches of Arcachon 3.5 km, to Pyla along the basin approx. 7 km, to the other oyster ports Gujan, La Hume beach, ... 2 to 5 km
A bus stop for Arcachon is across the street.
Many activities at the gates of the Teste: Water parks, zoo, walks in the forest, at sea, many boats at your disposal, shuttles departing from Arcachon for Cap Ferret, trips on the basin by catamaran, thalasso, tennis, golf, casino , bowling, disco, ...
The city centers are very lively with their markets, shops, boutiques and entertainment.
It is good to walk in the evening by the water while enjoying an ice cream for example, or observe the birds, nature, ...

We stayed at this lovely property for 6 weeks and it couldn’t have been better. The house is very well located, a short walk to two boulangeries, a small supermarket, and the town centre with its excellent market. Parking was easy (and free) on the road outside. The house was really well equipped, with comfortable beds, a good shower and air conditioning. Communication with Sylvie was easy and she was extremely helpful. Easy to get to Arcachon on the bus, and easy to travel to Bordeaux on the train. Would recommend!

We'll positioned, well kitted out, little gem of a house.
Sylvie was welcoming, helpful and available if needed.
We'd definitely use again.
Even though on quite a busy road ( at certain times) this is far outweighed by its locality and facilities

Sylvies House has everything you need. It is very clean and well furnished. Sylvie is very friendly, thank you so much for your hospitality!
You walk about 15 minutes to the harbor. La Teste is quieter than Arcachon, a very pleasant city. That were beautiful holidays!
