PYLA-SUR-MER - Close to the Corniche and next to the Pyla Tennis Club, this charming, beautifully renovated Gaume-style villa offers 105m² of living space on two levels, with four bedrooms.
Ground floor: entrance/laundry room (washing machine and dryer), small bathroom, separate WC, hallway leading to three bedrooms: two bedrooms with 160cm beds (which can be used as twin 80x190cm beds) and one bedroom with two 90x190cm bunk beds.
Upstairs (accessible via the interior spiral staircase or the exterior straight staircase): dining room and living room (TV, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi speaker, fireplace), small open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, etc.), bedroom 4 (double bed 140x200cm), WC, bathroom.
Enclosed garden of 390m², wooden terrace at the rear with a fully equipped summer kitchen, parking spaces...
Access to the Corniche and Dune du Pyla on foot, Le Moulleau by bike (cycle path) approximately 3km away, and Arcachon town center approximately 8km away.
Cleaning fee included.
Linens not provided, but can be rented through the agency, [hidden], 1 set of 140/160cm sheets + towels = €42/week - 1 set of 90cm sheets + towels = €32/week.
During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €15/day.

Maison de type basco-landais, très propre et meublée avec goût, idéalement située toute proche des plages et de la dune du Pilat. Ambiance cosy, ameublement approprié au bord de mer. Très confortable et bien chauffée. A recommander.
Petit bémol tout de même, nous avons du déplorer l'absence de couteau à huîtres; outil ô combien indispensable en période de Noël sur le bassin d'Arcachon.
