Two-bedroom apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha with sea view, located in a private condominium, fully furnished and equipped. Situated just 50 m from the beach and with a swimming pool.
Apartment composed of: 2 bedrooms, living room with integrated kitchen, with 1 double sofa bed, air conditioning (hot and cold) throughout the apartment, bathroom and balcony with outdoor furniture.
It has TV and MEO WI-FI (fibre).
NOTE: Only 5 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or older.
- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use.
Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type: T2: 250 kWhs and 12 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.

Your service was excellent above and beyond what was expected. Claudia and Beatrice are a credit to your company.
Location would be higher except for the establishment adjoining the building. While we know it is not a thing you have any say in it was an unpleasant surprise. As with the above the lack of a pool/ pool area was sad.

Fully equipped apartment, good shower, perfect location.
Only one thing: the bed in the master bedroom is way too hard. A mattress top is definitely recommended
