Your second-story luxury condo provides a spacious kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large lanai that overlooks the golf course. Access your vacation headquarters via elevator or stairs. Just outside, pamper yourself with two lagoon style pools, two hot tubs, a poolside gym and a BBQ entertainment pavilion right within your Waikoloa Beach Villas community.
Prepare your favorite island fare in a well-equipped kitchen that includes abundant counterspace, a granite bar and a dining table. Most meals will be enjoyed out on the lanai where you'll find a quality Viking stainless steel barbecue grill, a wet bar and a sunset view. The luxurious bedroom suite also enjoys west facing views and it includes a king size bed and a walk-in closet. The bathroom is a resort in itself with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower and a long granite vanity with two sinks. The guest bedroom has two full sized beds - perfect for families or group trips, and a full guest bathroom. The condo is a leisurely 12-minute walk to the beach, where you can often see turtles, a 3-minute walk to Queens Marketplace (shops, grocery store, restaurants), and a 5-minute walk to the Kings Shops (restaurants, coffee, shops).
You will also find a diverse offering of stunning and challenging golf courses. In Waikoloa Beach resort, you'll find three distinctive nine-hole golf courses; the Beach Nine Course, the Lakes Course, and the King's Nine. Should you want to golf 18 holes, Mauna Lani just up the road offers two 18-hole championship parkland style courses, the North Course and the famous South Course, its 15th hole is one of the most photographed over-the-water shots in the world. A 15-minute drive up the highway takes you to the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Courses, designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay with stunning views overlooking the ocean.

I would give this condo a 4.5 out of 5 if I could - this unit was nearly perfect for our family of four. It was in a great location, with quick access to the Queens Shops. The condo's layout was excellent - it felt spacious, bright and we loved having 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was roomy enough to hold a few of us at a time and it had excellent natural light. I loved being able to grill right on our lanai (instead of having to drag food out to the shared grill area). We enjoyed the two pools and we never had a problem getting a lounge chair. An added bonus were the four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella and cooler that allowed us to experience several local beaches in comfort. My only complaints were minor... the king bed was softer than I prefer (though some people might like a soft bed). Despite this, I will say that I slept very well the entire week. Also, each bathroom was only supplied with one small 1.5 oz bottle of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. This wasn't enough to get us through the week. I mentioned this to the owners and it sounds like they plan on rectifying this for future guests. Also, we were in a nearly constant battle with small bugs in the kitchen. In the owner's defense, our check in information warned us about this. However, no matter how clean we kept the kitchen, we found ourselves wiping away a number of bugs every time we needed to use the space.Don't let these minor complaints deter you. This unit was great and we'd book it again.

We had an amazing time for 10 days. The unit was well stocked, great location and convenient. Since the unit is for sale, not sure we’ll be back to this unit but we’ll definitely be back to Kona and rent again through Kona Coast Properties.
