Great host, location, and property. Well maintained and free parking spot was great.

Host was very communicative. Good location parking o street. Steps to the basement are vey steep so those with mobility issues struggle. Home was clean and met all of our needs

I would stay here again. It was a reasonable price for a nice space. 22 minute walk from the nearest metro at Georgia/Petworth. Beware that some windows don't have treatments if you plan to use the pullout couch leading to a lot of morning sun. A few quirks such as a broken china cabinet, kinks in the paper shades, and a wireless connection on the TV that needs to have a light switch on, but overall well kept up with good amenities. My biggest concern was not the space but communication. The host was very responsive while we where there, but not very responsible before our arrival and didn't provide much information leaving us to have to "figure it out." More advanced communication and a welcome/orientation packet would have made a big difference in our experience.

The house is clean.
