It consists of three residential blocks separated by a central area where the reception, a snack bar, a restaurant and a laundry are located. The complex has two swimming pools.

In the centre of Badesi there are shops, bars, restaurants, a medical service and a pharmacy. The beaches of Li Mindi and Li Junchi are 2.5 km and 3 km away respectively and can also be reached by public bus, with a stop approximately 50/100 m from the complex. Access is via a side road. Parking on the street in front of the house.
