Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general, the condo was very nice, very roomy, great screened in areas and porch overlooking the water. It was clean on the inside, but outside areas were covered in cobwebs, didn't appear to have been cleaned in some time. Then the first night the upstairs' shower flooded the kitchen. The response was just "OK, can't get a plumber out there due to the 4th holiday", which is understandable. The lack of any apologies for the issue was disappointing. Wasn't expecting any discounts, just some acknowledgement other than "Yes, we know about it".
