Set across the basement level within a traditional Georgian townhouse, this light spacious apartment is perfectly located for easy access to the centre of town just a few steps away, including West Sands beach and The Old Course which are only a 5 minute walk around the corner.
You enter the home through the vestibule, into the welcoming hall. To the front of the property there are two bedrooms, one superking or twin and the other a king. There is a master bathroom just off the hall equipped with a bath.
At the end of the hall is the heart of the home - the living room. This spacious room overlooks the private patio to the rear, with large traditional sash and case windows. Many of the traditional Georgian features are retained throughout the home, providing a characterful yet cosy base for your St Andrews' staycation.
The traditional Scottish ‘country home' theme can be felt throughout the apartment, and particularly into the kitchen. Equipped with all that is required for your stay, the spacious kitchen/dining room is the ideal room for evening entertainment. For four golfers being a 5 minute walk to the Old Course was ideal. Very nice Unit that, while in a lower level, manages to feel light and airy with large windows. Would stay again.
