The S. Andalusia Beach access is located directly across 30A from the community entrance. This prime stretch of public beach gives renters plenty of room to enjoy the Gulf Coast! While we are just a short walk or bike ride from the S. Andalusia access, we provide 4 bikes to zip over in under 3 minutes!

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
