Inside, the home is bright, airy and tastefully decorated with coastal and Caribbean-inspired touches. The open living area includes a comfortable sofa sleeper, lounge chair, large Smart TV and surround sound system, creating an easy place to relax after a day exploring the island.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, a new refrigerator and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Dine at the table for six, gather around the breakfast counter, or take your meals outside and enjoy the warm island breeze. A laundry area just off the kitchen includes a smart washer and dryer.

Both bedrooms are located on the main level and feature queen beds, air conditioning, lighted ceiling fans, TVs, ample storage and individual reading lights on each side of the bed. The primary bedroom also enjoys jungle canopy and distant ocean views, with sliding glass doors leading directly to the deck. The main level also includes the home’s full bathroom with a tiled shower, along with the kitchen, living room and dining area. Downstairs, guests will find an additional washroom with a sink and toilet, as well as a spacious outdoor shower.

Outside is where Havana Palms really shines. The private deck is perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks or relaxing with a good book. The pool area offers plenty of space to unwind, with a dreamy infinity pool, built-in bar seating and a covered dining area for six. Fire up the BBQ, mix a frozen island cocktail and settle in for an afternoon surrounded by tropical scenery.

Havana Palms is conveniently located near several East End restaurants and makes a comfortable home base for exploring Roatán. Spend your days relaxing by the pool, visiting nearby beaches and resorts, diving, kayaking, swimming or simply enjoying the slower pace of island life.

Other Things to Note

Electricity: Electricity is not included in the nightly rate and is charged separately based on actual usage at $0.40 per kWh. The meter is read at check-in and check-out. Guests can easily manage usage by turning off air conditioning when it is not needed.

Island Living: Roatán is a tropical island, and occasional power or internet interruptions can occur. Tropical insects, geckos and other island wildlife may also be encountered. The property is regularly maintained and treated, but these are a natural part of island life.

Guest Services: Our local East End Roatán team can assist with airport transportation, grocery stops, car rentals, private drivers, private chefs, massages, excursions, diving recommendations and other island services.

Starter Supplies: A starter supply of basic household essentials is provided upon arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

Drinking Water: A 5-gallon drinking water jug is provided for arrival. Empty jugs can be exchanged for full ones at roadside stores and other locations selling drinking water, generally for approximately $2 USD per jug.
