Business License #006706. This cozy home is located one block from Camp 4 Coffee and in the the heart of downtown Crested Butte. The free shuttle to Mt CB stops a half block away. Panoramic views and bright sunshine are abundant. This home is half of a duplex with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a queen air mattress. The second floor sunny deck boasts views of Gothic Mtn and Red Lady while Mt CB is visible from the dining room. Tastefully furnished, this house is perfect for your mountain getaway!
Located at 512 Fourth street, the upstairs living space has a modern open floor plan, combining the kitchen, dining and living rooms into one large area, surrounded by windows with breathtaking views. The well equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is perfect for dining in!
Even with it's central downtown location and proximity to the bus stop, this home is on a quiet block situated alongside one of Crested Butte's classic unpaved alley ways. Overlooking mostly single story, historic homes with large open backyards, it offers broad unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains from the second floor living area!

We have stayed in CB several times and this was by far our best experience. Proximity to main street, great views, pet friendly and a very attentive host were the highlights. We will definitely stay here for our next visit.

The duplex was in a great location and had all the elements to make our stay enjoyable. The weather cooperated as well as our legs and lungs to take advantage of all the great trails in CB.

Perfect location to downtown Crested Butte. Duplex was very clean and had very comfortable beds which is very important. Very quiet location too. Arianne was very helpful when we wanted to extend one more day. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

This property truly couldn't have been better and we *loved* our stay here. The beds are comfy, the living room and kitchen are open to each other which is great for hanging out together and cooking, and the kitchen is well-appointed with anything you might need for cooking. And if you don't feel like cooking, this property is just a few minutes walking distance from all of CB's wonderful restaurants and bars (we highly recommend Breadery and Ryce for dinner, Bonez for lunch, McGill's and The Butte Bagel for breakfast, and the Dogwood for cocktails). The hosts are also A+++ hosts - we had an issue with the lock on the front door and they were there with a solution (and beers for us) within minutes of us messaging them. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and we can't wait to stay here again. Thanks so much for everything, Ari & Scooter!!
