The detached holiday home, built in 2003, is modernly furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the lake and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. The pool is very modern, French type, filled with saltwater. Size 9 x 4.23 meters, illuminated at night. The surroundings are clad with beige quartzite and large Mediterranean stones. Next to the pool is a solar garden shower.
