Suncadia Dreamin was a fantastic home, and well appointed in a beautiful setting off the golf course! Everything was well taken care of, and worked great. We had a nice group of long time adult friends (no kids) for our weekend getaway. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the home and its furnishings… plenty of space indoors and out. The patio in particular was perfect for gathering and enjoying the fire-pit, hot tub and plenty of table space for dining.If there were any frustration, it would be with the property management’s overkill sharing of rules, reminder of rules, fines (ie extra bag of garbage), and more posted rules around the house upon arrival. Suncadia also has their own rules for the property. We understand. We are guests in someone’s home. We understand that not everyone follows rules, or treats another home as their own. I’m only sharing with potential future guests as to not be surprised by this. *Otherwise, the property management company was very pleasant, helpful and timely in correspondence, instructions and transactions.This home was wonderful and priced well. We loved the check-in/ check-out times that allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back- thank you for sharing your home!
