BAYVIEW ESCAPE is a modern 2 storey holiday home that accommodates up to a maximum of 10 guests. Lovely sea views from the balcony, plenty of room for families, short walk to the Tavern, Jetty and General Store. An ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula getaway!
Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout
Upstairs:
Kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven with 5 burner gas stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, slow cooker, Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine (BYO pods - large pods). Dining area with large table/chairs.
Living area has a U shaped lounge with chaise on one end, large smart TV, doors leading out to balcony with outdoor setting, hooded BBQ, beautiful sea views.
Main bedroom has an ensuite with vanity, walk-in shower and w/c. There is also a separate w/c and vanity.
Downstairs:
Second living area has a U shaped lounge with chaise on one end, large smart TV, 3-in-1 combo game table - Foosball, air hockey and 8 ball.
Small selection of games.
3 bedrooms, main bathroom with vanity, large walk-in shower, bath tub. Separate w/c with vanity.
Laundry with front loading washing machine, laundry trough. Fold out clothesline.
Plenty of room for parking and the boat!
NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond
Point Turton has an excellent boat ramp and jetty for those keen fisherman! There is also a general store where you can buy delicious pastries, take away foods, general grocery items, ice, bait and fuel. You can also enjoy a lovely meal at the Tavern On Turton.
Bed configuration - Upstairs: bed 1 - queen, Downstairs: bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - tri-bunk (queen on bottom, single on top) plus fold out bed suitable for adults and children - PLEASE NOTE: If fold up bed is required please let office staff know, we can then make sure it is made up ready for you to put your sheets on.
Pillows and quilts will be provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bathmat and tea towels.

The house is amazing. It is modern and very well maintained.It was beautiful.The only negative is that there was no wifi. It said that our devices were paused so we couldn't get any wifi.

House was great with plenty of space. Water views from the front balcony. Super clean and comfortable. Backyard only has rocks / gravel so not a great space for kids to play. Location was fine, small walk to the water and local shop. Bit further to jetty and pub but within comfortable walking distance
