Enjoy a relaxing holiday with a sunny terrace, a swimming pool, easy access to the beach and plenty of leisure activities.

Look forward to this bright, tastefully furnished first-floor flat, which offers the perfect setting for a restful holiday. Make yourself comfortable on the cosy sofa in the living area, enjoy an evening in front of the TV or take some time to plan your holiday together. Prepare your favourite dishes in the fully equipped kitchenette and sit down together at the dining table. Start the day with a coffee on the adjoining south-east-facing terrace and let your gaze wander over the well-maintained residential complex all the way to the sea.

Spend relaxing hours in the lovingly landscaped communal gardens and swim a few lengths in the spacious communal swimming pool. Lie back on a sun lounger or enjoy a little break in the separate children’s pool.

Make the most of the short distances around the apartment. Play a game of tennis at the nearby tennis club and then pop into the restaurant, bar or gym. Do your shopping conveniently at the supermarket just a few minutes’ walk away, or explore the surrounding restaurants. Take a stroll to the nearby beach and follow the attractive seafront promenade all the way to La Cala de Mijas. There you’ll find more cafés, restaurants and the relaxed atmosphere of the Costa del Sol.
