*Do not be loud at anytime during day or night - that will disturb the neighbors - POLICE WILL BE CALLED and they will write tickets.
*Do not turn onto the neighbors driveway. Do not walk onto neighboring properties or inquire anything from the neighbors at anytime. There is plenty of space to turn around on the property. Do not park in front of the fire hydrant!

Welcome to our new construction home featuring 9 CAR PARKING, exquisite outdoor patio with gas fireplace, entertainment room with pool, air hockey, and foosball table to name a few. Located in Lower Township where you can enjoy the peace and quite of nature, birds and trees.
ALL LINENS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL!
This beautiful home is conveniently located within a 5 minute drive to the Delaware Bay Beach or 15 minute walk to the most amazing sunsets in South Jersey. Short 15 minute drive to Cape May, Wildwood and most of Cape May county attractions. Close to restaurants, 2 local vineyards, 6 local breweries, Acme, Wawa etc.
Home with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, & an oversized outside shower, kitchen fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and feeding your entire party.
* Main Floor: The Primary Bedroom, en-suite Bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms, 2nd bathroom, Living Room, Dining Room, Full Kitchen, Laundry Area and a large back deck with gas BBQ.
* Second Floor: 2 Bedrooms, large 3rd jack & jill bathroom between the bedrooms. Out of the two bedrooms the largest one serves as an Entertainment Room featuring a pool table, air-hockey, ping-pong and foosball. This room can sleep multiple guests.
* There are 6 large screen TV's, through-out the house with super-fast internet. Parking on the driveway for 9 cars.
*Extra fee of $40/night/each guest over 10 guests..
*Id photo required prior to checking in. *Beach equipment: 10 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and some other beach items. *Security cameras:
- 1 front of the house
- 1 garage driveway Sleeping areas description
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms:
- the en-suite sleeps 3 guests as follows: 2 guests in the one king size bed and 1 guest in the trundle under the king bed
- 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor sleeps 3 guests as follows: 2 guests in one queen size bed and 1 guest in the pull out trundle under the queen bed
- 3rd bedroom on 1st floor the sleeps 3 guests as follows: 2 guests in the one king size bed and 1 guest in the pull out trundle under the queen bed
- living room can sleep up to 5 guests as follows: 2 guests on the couch which can be be configured to your needs, additionally there are 3 floor mattresses available in the house which are stored either the upstairs closets or in the main bedroom closet
Second floor - 2 bedrooms one of them also serves as the entertainment room
- 4th bedroom sleeps 4guests - 2 in one queen size bed, 2 in one full size bed
- 5th bedroom which also serves as the entertainment room features 3 sofas which can sleep 1 guest each, additionally 1 twin bed can be made out of the 3 ottomans present in the room.

Very clean, plenty of room for 4 families. There are trundles and extra mattresses. We stayed for a cheer competition and had 6 families (mom and daughter) with no issue!

We had the most wonderful Valentine’s weekend staying at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect setting for a romantic getaway.

Overall the place was up to date with modern features and appliances. The place was clean. The bed situation and description is totally misleading and wrong. The house states it sleeps 19 people, that is not the case. Any of the beds listed as a “sofa bed” is literally just a couch. I would say you can comfortably sleep 10 people here. When I confronted about where 5 people are supposed to sleep in the living room because there is “5 beds” the owner just stated there were mattress pads in the closet upstairs. It is not even a mattress. They were thinner than a dorm mattress pad. The place is nice and clean but to fit and sleep 19 people is an awful description. The neighbors are awful as well. The neighbors will complain and report to owner for any noise even at talking volume. Homeowner is prompt with responses but those were just a couple of things that left a bad taste in my mouth.
