Located on the 1st floor (no lift), the flat comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom (with bath).
The accommodation includes :
- A 15 m² living room with TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, combined microwave and toaster oven, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
