This one-story open floor plan three-bedroom, 2 bath beach house offers over 2,000 square feet of living space and a screened-in back porch with a view of Bon Secour refuge.
You’ll find a spacious living room, dining room, and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with outdoor seating and with view of Bon Secour refuge.
The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, a double vanity, and a separate commode room. Other features include 12-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas. Dual standard coffee maker & Keurig, 2 adult bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas. This beautiful home also comes with two chairs and one umbrella for season start 3/1/26-10/31/26. We were pleasantly surprised with the decor, beds, too light on towels for a week, we had 2 large towel for the master bathroom, kitchen very clean & plenty of dishes to prepare meals & store leftovers. Need to upgrade from dish TV there were outages during high winds a few nights. Roku is great! Loved the golf cart & pet friendly. We would book again.

My family of 4 had a wonderful time at the Martinique - it's like being in a vacation bubble and The Sand Castle was the perfect house. Plenty of space, very clean, comfy beds. If we get to come back we'll definitely book it again. I would highly recommend this spot.
