The highlight of the Sandbank Domizil is the weather-protected loggia with a direct view of the North Sea, the beach, and the promenade. The Seeblick building has an elevator that takes you conveniently to the 5th floor, where the newly renovated vacation apartment is located. From there, you’ll enjoy a spectacular view of Borkum and the North Sea!

The heart of the Sandbank Domizil is the bright and open living, sleeping, and dining area. A cozy sofa, an armchair, a smart TV, and an inviting dining area create a comfortable atmosphere and invite you to relax. Of particular note is the well-equipped built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and much more. The bathroom features a toilet, sink, shower, and a hair dryer.
In the basement of the building, you can use the washing machine and dryer (shared use with coins).

The Seeblick building is located right in the pedestrian zone on Bismarckstraße and next to the main beach. The apartments offer stunning views and an extremely central location.
There is an elevator available in the building.
