Conveniently situated off Scenic Highway 30A and less than a mile from Highway 395, guests can enjoy the privacy of Seagrove while still being within reach of Seaside, located just approximately 1 mile away. Additionally, easy access to nearby amenities includes a quick trip to the Publix grocery store or hopping on Highway 98 for a journey to Destin or Panama City Beach.
Seagrove boasts some of the finest dining establishments along Scenic Highway 30A, including favorites like Cafe Thirty-A, Perfect Pig, Seagrove Market Cafe, Donut Hut, Surfing Deer, and Pizza by the Sea. Just a short stroll from the pristine sands and crystal-clear waters of the Emerald Coast, "The Chart House" offers convenient beach access at Scenic 395 Beach Access.

~ There is to be NO smoking inside OR on the exterior property of this home. Any sign of smoking anywhere on this property will result in cleaning fees and will be taken out of your deposit.
~ Please do not re-arrange the furniture. This could result in damages and additional charges.
~ NO illegal drugs or firearms on the property.

- Must be 25 or older to book this property
- Signed rental agreement required upon booking

Great location and a really cute and quaint street. Master bed was comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked except they do not have toaster, instead a toaster oven that took forever to heat anything up or toast bread. The furnishings were nice and comfortable. Only complaint was that the cleanliness. Bathrooms and kitchen were not cleaned very well. We found crumbs on the coffee table when we arrived. Some lights were out or needed bulbs. Overall it’s a nice place but could be so much better with some spring cleaning on exterior and cleaner on inside, especially in bathrooms.

The Chart House was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and ability to walk to the beach and the square. The grill was a great solution to feeding our group a dinner in, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
