Visiting Lake Norman & thinking about buying?
Many of our guests come to Lake Norman to explore the area—and often decide to make it home.
Our daughter-in-law, Gianna Wilkinson, is a local real estate agent specializing in Lake Norman and Charlotte homes, with a focus on new construction, waterfront properties, and relocation clients. Having relocated from New Jersey herself, she understands the process firsthand and works closely with buyers moving to the area.
If you’re interested in viewing homes during your stay or simply want guidance on the area, she would be happy to help and personally show you around.

This was our second stay at this property, and we didn't think it was possible to love it more! The weather was perfect, The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous, and the room was clean and comfortable. The views from the three large windows overlooking the lake are spectacular. The room has a private entrance but the hosts (lovely people!) are on property to take care of anything you might need. It's also in a very quiet neighborhood at the south end of a peninsula so there is no traffic to contend with and lots of opportunities to walk around quiet lakefront areas. Add to this that the cost is less than most hotel rooms overlooking a crowded parking lot, and you have perfection!
