The host Caitlin was super kind, the kitchen was fully furnished, there was plenty of space for parking, and we had a great time away from the busyness while staying there. Thanks Caitlin!

Loved our stay, wish we had more time to enjoy the place! Kids loved it to.Amazing communication, very accommodating to us, and having the abilty to park our race trailer was amazing! Will definitely be back when we are in chch next.

Unfortunately, the cottage did not meet our expectations, as the photos online are not up-to-date. In the living room, there is now a dark grey sofa that smells a bit musty, and on the rocking chair next to it, a blanket is used to cover stains on the upholstery. Without direct sunlight or electric light, the room does not feel bright or welcoming. The furniture is mismatched, and unfortunately, many decorative items clutter the available shelf space.It was also unusual for us to have to make our own beds, although the linens were provided. Another photo online is also misleading: it shows the fridge stocked with a few basic staples, as is sometimes the case. However, in reality, the fridge contained opened food items that were more of an inconvenience than something you would want to consume.On a positive note, I would like to explicitly mention the cleanliness of the bathroom and the dishes. The garden is very well-maintained, and you can hear wonderful birdsong. Caitlin is very friendly and was always easy to reach
