Michelle was amazing. We brought up a concern immediately, and she was willing to work with us and get everything solved. I will be happy to stay with her again. Fast response times, great place, clean, warm and welcoming!

Everything was just as pictured and as listed. Very clean, nicely decorated and homey. Much nicer than staying at a local hotel as we have done in the past. We have family in and around McSherrystown and Hanover and so we will be staying here again!
