Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three or four generously sized bedrooms.
Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
Grand #322, offered by Hodnett Cooper, features three bedrooms, three baths, a remarkable ocean view, and beautiful furnishings throughout.

The Saint Simons Grand has recently reconsidered the scope and timing of the previously announced exterior renovation project. As part of this process, the community is obtaining an additional professional opinion before finalizing the project scope and construction schedule. As a result, the previously anticipated September 6, 2026 start date is no longer applicable, and there is currently no confirmed construction start date. Once the timing and outcome of this additional review is known, we will share updated information with our guests promptly.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Condo was nice. We did have an army of large ants we kept killing by the living area patio door. It was very warm in the condo when we got there. Suggest turning the temperature down before guest arrive. It did cool off within a couple of hours.

Beautiful place. The only complaint I have is wishing there was a more comfortable chair for relaxing at night. Otherwise, it was perfect. The beach outside the condo is beautiful. I highly recommend this condo. We loved St. Simon's Island. You can easily visit Jekyll Island and Cumberland Island - all are so beautiful.

The condo was superb, clean, and well quipped with everything we need! It even had games for the kids to play! The condo even had a twin and full in the room for the kids so it actually worked out even better! The elevator was right next to the room and there wasn’t much walking around unless it was to the beach!

This condo was great - very spacious, and we all loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. Beautiful property, conveniently located, and wonderful view
