Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.
All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
St. Simons Beach Club #419 features granite counters in the kitchen, new kitchen cabinets, and tile floors throughout the living area. Beach Club #419 offers a beautiful ocean view from the balcony.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa
Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Great place very clean and comfy, a little outdated, but overall a really great spot. We had a perfect weekend!

Overall we had a great visit to St. Simon’s Island. Our only real concern was the carpet in the condo, it desperately needed to be cleaned. There were a lot of stains in the bedrooms.

Lovely property very close to the beach. We walked in the condo and loved it. But then, roaches. Every night roaches came all out in the kitchen. I'd not give a second thought about staying there again if not for the roaches. I'm now worried we might be taking some home with us. Nonetheless, we did have an excellent little vacation. PS my daughter wants to make certain that I mention that the floors were filthy and made our feet black.
