Our home is perfect for groups that need a safe bespoke family space to enjoy Charleston from.
+25 minutes to downtown
+34 minutes to beaches like Sullivans Island
+fully functional kitchen
+2 stories and huge fenced in back yard
+extremely safe and walkable neighborhood
+15 minutes to outlet shopping like Tanger
This property is a 2000 square foot 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom family home. We have a huge fully fenced in outdoor area, family games, fully functioning kitchen, crisp clean towels and linens, pretty much everything you'd expect in a quality airbnb. We take great pride in our attention to detail. If anything is ever missing our out of place we are happy to solve those issues in real time.
The whole house is yours to use.
Please be aware that there is a small pond behind our yard. No swimming is permitted. There is a door in our back yard fence that allows access to that area of the neighborhood. Feel free to explore, but please exercise caution where children are concerned and always close the gate.

The house was perfect for our stay! Clean, pet friendly, well stocked and the owners were so easy to communicate with! It was our first time in Charleston and I think we fell in love!

We loved our stay at the Mulberry! The house was cozy, clean, and stocked up! The backyard was great and the swing was lovely. We ran the Charleston Cooper River Bridge Run and the house was a perfect distance from the race. We slept well and had sweet friend time.
