Covered by large oak trees, over 200 years old, this fully furnished 2-bedroom home is sure to delight any guests! You will enjoy the serenity this home offers under the old oak trees on a quiet island street.
Enjoy fresh beachy air, beautiful scenery and sounds of the birds singing while sipping your morning coffee on the wide screen porch. Although you might not plan to spend much time inside with all the beauty that St. Simons offers; if you do you will not be disappointed! This charming little cottage is almost 100 years old with a 1920 s type architecture, yet offering some nice modern conveniences like central heat and air, cable TV and WiFi.
Appointed with a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom this home is perfect for a family of four!
If you are looking for a larger place, we have a 4-bedroom Cottage (607 May Joe) next door. Both houses can be rented together to offer space for a larger group of friends or family.
Pets are accepted for a $150 non-refundable fee
During the summer season, this residence may require a 7-night minimum and may require a specific check in day of the week.

The house was great. Fantastic location to everything! The only downside was internet and tv service. It was very spotty.

We enjoyed staying at your lovely Marsh Hen Nest. Beautiful and quiet just one block off the main road. Loved the swing on the front porch to enjoy the birds (cardinals and red headed woodpeckers and march hens ). Reminded me of my grandmother’s home with the glass door nobs and the transume windows above the doors. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Location was great but the house needs a lot of work - chipping paint, broken screens, dilapidated wicker furniture, and very old bathroom.
