You live in a 54 m² 2-room apartment, which is located on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with sitting area, sofa bed, dining area, 32 flat screen TV, CD stereo with iPod connection and kitchenette (dishwasher, stove with oven, coffee maker, etc.). A bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. From the living room you reach the southwest terrace with small green space and idyllic views of the Kühlungsborner city forest. Per person a laundry package is available as an initial equipment. W-LAN available. The apartment is an underground parking space with a maximum access height of 1.95 m available, pets are not allowed in the apartment! Sauna, washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee in the house.
