Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

What a great property. Worked nicely for a trip with our adult children, but this would be a friendly spot for those with children too. The extra touches and helpful notes around the unit made us feel at home right away. The property also has a great boardwalk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for 6 nights in June with my family- 5 adults, 2 toddlers, and a 7 year old. It was perfect! We have stayed at The Grand Caribbean before, but not this particular unit. The unit was immaculate and remodeled to be up to date and beautiful. The kitchen had just about everything we needed- all the cookware, even a crock pot. Only thing I could have used was a dish drying rack. Lots of beach gear available (chairs, toys). There were puzzles and kids toys as well. Small samples of conditioner/shampoo/body wash/lotion were provided (bar of hand and face soap also), but definitely not enough for a week so I’m glad we brought our own. We also brought extra dish cloths/towels, and bath towels/cloths, which are a must. There is washer and dryer in the unit. The condo had a beautiful ocean view and the private boardwalk is great. We enjoyed the pool a lot with the kiddos. The elevator didn’t work the last full day we were there (would go down but not be called back up). Usually the elevator carts are amazing for bringing stuff up and down when you arrive and depart. It rained the first two days so we went to the Texas Aquarium. The rest was sunny. Beach can get crowded with golf carts and cars (Port A has become popular apparently!) but we had space for our little family. Communication with owners was fast and they were very accommodating. 10/10 would go again and stay in this unit!!

My family and I stayed here recently and we were impressed with this exceptional property. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us and the furnishings were very comfortable. Excellent communication with our hosts and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Huge roomy balcony with plenty of seating and excellent views! The pool was also wonderful. We look forward to our next visit!Stephen

the photos on line are not what the condo has to offer,Linens have been changed for the worse. I rented a condo at the beach for mental clarity and relaxation. All the linens have been changed to poor versions of what some folks think a beach cottage should be. Not at all classy. it is somewhat like a cheap mote now. And not a single one of the unbelievable signs were pictured on line. I was appalled to see them. when I signed the contract I understood that we would be treated as adults. There owners must not have owned a fine property before. There is a sign about everything that could possibly go wrong. It really ruined our trip being treated as folks that do not know how to treat a property.
