Unit is clean. Pillows need to be replaced. Some of the beach chairs were worn. But overall great stay.

Roomy two bedroom condo with stunning sunset views over the gulf. Very clean, well equipped. We didn’t cook in dinners as there were very good options within walking distance, especially Joey’s, but the kitchen had all that would be needed to do so.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo and the location in Marco Island is excellent, but the unit itself was in need of some repairs and updating. New towels and beach chairs were desperately needed. Shower curtain bar kept falling. Tiny lamps in each bedroom made for poor lighting! The space was functional and clean, but for the price, better overall maintenance was expected. With some renovations and upgrades, this property could truly match the beautiful surroundingsThe sunsets were beautiful from the balcony !
