This gorgeous renovated three-bedroom villa is one of the oceanfront seaside cottages at Mariner’s Watch. The villa features a private staircase leading from the rear deck directly onto the boardwalk and just a few steps to the beach.
This oceanfront villa features an open floor plan with incredible ocean views from the kitchen, living and dining area as well as the master suite. The kitchen has everything a chef would need to prepare a wonderful meal before heading out to the beach!
The master suite features a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds and a daybed. Plenty of room for the family vacation or just a weekend getaway for some golf!
There are 3 full baths.
There are 2 Parking spots located in front of the unit that are marked with the unit's number.
Unfortunately, there is no grill available, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but ask that the rules be followed to avoid fines or dismissal from the island.
No pets or smoking permitted.

Very nice condo, great location to the beach. Condo was nicely furnished and first floor location made moving beach items to the beach daily easy.

This is such a beautiful condo! It really feels like more of a home and is very spacious and comfortable. Incredible location, quick and easy access to the beach and close to all of the key spots on the island. Really lovely place to stay with friends or family.
