Reviewer Comments:
Upon arrival, we checked in and loaded our luggage into elevator. The elevator got stuck, dropped floors which landed us on first floor. We yelled for help, no air conditioning in elevator. The emergency button was not working. Again, we screamed banged on door for someone to yell back to call 911. Our cell phones were not working in elevator. Fire department came and got us out. We had to be helped along with our belongings because the elevator floor was not flushed with the first floor level. I was terrified! We walked our belongings to the 7th floor without anyone asking us if we were ok or help. The ice maker didn’t work. Maintenance said it could not be fixed.
