Welcome to Pelican Sunrise! This fabulous, pet-friendly beach house offers breathtaking Gulf views, a spacious two-story layout, and immediate access to the sand. Nestled in the beautiful Lost Colony community of Port Aransas, this 2,174 sq. ft. coastal retreat is perfectly set up for up to 10 guests looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy the ultimate island vacation.

- Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, ensuite bath (third floor)

- Additional Bedding: Sleeper sofa in the living area
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2 night minimum stay is required.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional 100 dollars +tax , per pet, per stay. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is 25 dollars +tax per stay.
"Pelican Sunrise" is a vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience: hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

Check in and check out is very easy. Access to boardwalk to beach and to the pool is only a few steps.

This was such a a lovely property with great proximity to the beach. So much room for our family and friends. It had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. Will definitely keep this in our inventory of places to stay!

Overall the house is great! Wonderful ocean vie from both balconies. My family loved the house and it was plenty of space for our group. Great proximity to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. A few issues: 1) during the crazy storm on Thursday evening, water was pouring in the front door from bottom and top of the door. 2) string lights on balconies were not working. We followed instruction in the guest book and nothing worked. We really wanted to use those lights. The GFI breaker in the breaker box was missing actually. 3) The pool on Thursday was absolutely filthy. We looked for a pole cleaner because we were going to try to clean it ourselves but nothing available. Again, we had a great time. Mentioning these items in hopes they could be addressed in the future for other guests.

House was great...comfortable beds, fully stocked, everything worked. Lower level rooms had an odd smell; however, property manager went above and beyond to help overcome the odor.Community pool needs more maintenance e.g. daily cleaning.
