We offer a lovely, privately-owned townhouse in a gated, golf course community
Sedona, Arizona is widely acclaimed to be one of the most beautiful and spectacular places in the U.S. About a ninety minute, scenic drive north, from Phoenix, and about two hours south of the Grand Canyon, Sedona offers spectacular scenery, great weather year-round, outstanding restaurants, wonderful art, shopping and hiking.
From the deck of our lovely townhouse, you will overlook the community golf course and in the near distance will have fantastic views of some of the famous red rocks of Sedona, including Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte.
Our one-level house can accommodate up to four adults and features cathedral ceilings, a master suite with a king size bed and oversize bath, and a guest room with a queen size bed and separate bath. There is a fireplace, two-car garage, washing machine and dryer, a 9-hole, par 3 community golf course, swimming pool and tennis courts.

Dated property but well worth the money

Pros:in a beautiful communityprice is much more reasonable than a place in sedonanice view of red rocksCons:the host took 2 days to get back to me when i had questionsthe host listed a grill as an amenity but there was no propane to use it and when i asked him if someone could get some for us - he took 2 days and the answer was nothe beds were likely old - they were not comfortable - too harddusty

This is our second stay here and enjoyed the stay. Nice location and nice view of golf green off deck. A little dated and could use some updates but we would stay again and recommend this rental.

The property is very dated. The disposal wasn’t working, the vertical blinds in the living room pulled loose from the wall the first time we used them, the exhaust fan in the stove wasn’t working, the electronic key pads outdoors weren’t working, and the exhaust fans in the bathrooms were REALLY loud! That all said, the unit was clean and comfortable, views of mountains over the golf course from the deck and location were good. The beds were comfortable.
